Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges will be calculated at time of shipment. Please contact CNI Design for shipping estimates if needed.

Damage Merchandise
The Shock Watch program: In efforts to keep prices competitive, CNI Design uses “The Shock Watch” program to help reduce shipping damages. Shock Watch Labels will be on certain shipments or boxes that are more susceptible to shipping damages. If the shipment has been improperly handled the Shock Watch label will have a red line. Ground shipments will have an ORANGE label located on the upper right corner of the box along with the Yellow Shock Watch tape around the box. Palletized orders will have a PURPLE label on the lower right side of the pallet with yellow tape around the pallet. **ALL BOXES should be inspected at time of delivery**If the Shock Watch Label has a RED line on the indicator, inspect and note damage on delivery slip. ** DO NOT Refuse the shipment, instead make a notation on delivery slip and inspect for damage. For concealed damages, customer has 5 days to report to CNI. Do not discard any packaging, products or labels until you have spoken to a Customer Service Representative.
Defective Merchandise
Please call customer service within 5 days of receipt of the order and we will adjust or replace any defective item. Shipping errors will be corrected immediately, but customer must notify us within 5 days of receipt.
Merchandise Shortage
Customer MUST take responsibility to inspect shipment immediately upon arrival. For LTL shipments, please count the cartons before you sign the Bill of Lading. Failure to notate carton shortage on Bill of Lading, customer will be responsible for the shortage. All need to be reported in 5 days after arrival.

Returns & Replacements
You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Unauthorized returns and refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of freight both ways due to no fault of CNI Design. You can expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a refund sooner.
Ordering
Due to the state of the economy we have waived our minimums of sales orders. Please be aware of higher shipping costs for heavy or bulky items. Quantity Items with minimum quantities must ship in multiples of the minimum. Payment Terms * Credit or debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover * Prepaid check or money order * Net 30 with approved credit * All first time orders will be shipped prepaid only * All International orders must be prepaid. Backorders All backorders will be shipped as soon as possible and will be kept active unless canceled in writing prior to shipping. Drop Shipments Drop shipping is now available direct to your customer. Processing fees plus freight costs apply - UPS and/or Freight Carrier. Category Fee Accessories $15 Lighting $15 Furniture $25 Wall Decor $25 All Past Due Accounts *Subject to 11/ 2% per month interest charge. *Accounts over 60 days lose open account status and are subject to formal collection procedures. Delivery Time Average ship time is 2-5 weeks, FOB - Atlanta Cancellation Policy All changes or cancellations to orders must be faxed or emailed.
